Cancellation Policy:

Every order is custom-made and prepared specifically for you. Because of this, cancellation timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of each order.

A cancellation deadline will be provided at the time your order is confirmed. Orders may be cancelled up until this specified deadline.

Cancellations made before baking has begun are eligible for a partial refund, minus:

​

• a 10% cancellation fee, and

• any costs already incurred specifically for your order (ie. ingredients, specialty decor items, packaging).

Once work has begun on your order, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
